Can it be? I am home and actually bored! Nothing to do? Well, not really...I guess I could be working on finishing the laundry. But I really can't muster up the energy to go downstairs and switch it out right now.
The house is clean, top to bottom.

We had our first showing on the house today. No word yet.

I had these floors so clean you could litterally eat off of them! The dogs and I went to the dog park during the showing. This is my most favorite thing to do in CT and perhaps the ONLY thing I will miss here, other than a few friends. We have this AWESOME huge dog park 10 minutes from our house. It's HUGE! There are two separate areas, one for big dogs and one for little dogs.

So what's a Beagle? Smalll? No. Big? No. Hmmm.

We always go in the big dog area. 1. because it's about 10 times the size, and 2. because Bruno LOVES to run with the big dogs. hehe.

Patches on the other hand, is absolutely terrifyed of the other dogs. She trys to hide behind my legs and wants me to pick her up when ever another dog comes near her. It's really sad and patheltic. She doesn't really want to be there unless there are no other dogs there, and today there were at least 8 other dogs in the park so she was particularly stressed. She did manage to have a little fun playing with the little dogs on the other side of the fence (only because she knew they couldn't get her through the fence.) She ran up and down the fence line chasing after them for about 5 minutes and that was it. She was done. Ready to go and begging me to leave.

I feel bad because Bruno loves it and would stay all night if he could. As soon as we get in there he acts like he has no idea who I am. He takes off running and will not even acknowledge me when I call his name. The only time he comes near me is when he occationally comes over to check on Patches...I think he knows she doesn't like it there, but then he takes off running and playing with the other dogs.

Right now they are both passed out next to me on the couch. I guess it was a good night of fun for them.

And now the floor is dirty again, and I'm sure the couch will be too when they are done lounging all over it. I tryed the whole no dogs on the couch deal when we got home, but then I always feel guilty and let them up. I moved their doggy bed downstairs for the showing so I feel especially bad not letting them on the couch. I'm sure the wood floors are hard and cold, and I know I wouldn't want to lay on them. I'm fighting a losing battle. I just wish we could sell this place ASAP and get out of here!

Ok, I'm going to play with the puppies and try and make it down to do the laundry. I changed their pics on the puppy site, check 'em out if you want.
