Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Sorry I didn't post on Thursday. I was going to post Wednesday night, while we were in NY at my parents but as I was on the computer trying to get a few quick comments in on some of your sites, I could hear the fam. talking about my blogging addiction from the other room...hehe. So I decided to call it quits and come out and spend some time with them.

Dinner was GREAT! I LOVE my mom's Thanksgiving dinner! We got to spend time with my parents and my brother and his girlfriend and her son, so I was very happy! Scott wasn't feeling well and had already eaten at his grandmother's so he didn't eat with us. Plus, Ian had the Xbox 360 with him, so...what 11 year old wants to sit at the table and eat when there's an Xbox 360 in the house?

We hung out at the house for awhile and had some pie. Then I passed out on the couch while dad and Ian played Tiger Woods golf on the Xbox. By the time we decided to leave it was around 7pm. It was still snowing and had been snowing all day!

Driving home was horrible! 10 MPH on the highway!!! You couldn't see anything, it was snowing so hard! This lasted all the way through NY and MA! No snow in CT though, just horrible cold and high winds. But we made it home safe and then worked all day yesterday.

I finally got some sleep this morning and I feel great! I got to sleep until 9am! WoooHooo!
Scott's still in bed! I can't believe it! He never sleeps past 7 and is almost always up at exactly 6:15.
Although, I'm not really sure what time he went to bed...I passed out on the couch at around 9 or so and I woke up at 12:43am! SpongeBob was still on the TV all the lights in the house were on, and Ian was passed out on the other couch! Nice! I go into Scott's room, expecting him to still be up playing games, since no one told him to go to bed....But no! he's sound asleep all wrapped up in his blankets. He even changed into his pajamas!!! All on his own! It's always a fight to get him to wear pajamas. He'd rather just sleep in his clothes, the compromise is usually sleeping in his underwear...but anyway....he put him self to bed!! OMG! Poor kid...I hope he wakes up soon, I can't wait to see what time he went to bed.

ohhh, wait....here he comes...gotta go. Have a great weekend!

Question for ya...

Wednesday, November 23, 2005

If someone sneezes, and you hear them, and you're sure they won't hear you...should you still say God bless you? Will God hear it if you just say it in your head...since the sneezer can't hear you anyway?
